The Telluride Museum tracks the history of the historic town from its days as a scrappy mining town to its role now as one of premiere resort destinations. The museum is located on the north edge of town, near Tomboy Road. Visitors can explore the Ute Indian history of the region also and actually play the Ute's musical flute, drum, and "morache" or bear growler.

Adults $5; Seniors and Students (6-17) $3; Children 5 and under free
